1. Introduction

Welcome to Golfasis.com ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website/application and services, including listing, browsing, and interacting with third-parties ("Partners") who provide products or services directly to users or clients ("Users", "Clients", "Buyers").

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not access or continue using the Platform.

 

2. Platform Role and Relationship

​

  • Golfasis.com acts solely as a facilitator by providing a venue for Users and Partners to connect.

  • We are not a party to any contract for the sale, purchase, or delivery of goods/services made directly between Partners and Users.

  • Payments for goods/services are made directly between the Partner and the User, via methods mutually agreed upon by both parties (e.g., bank transfer, Partner's own payment gateway, etc.).

3. Eligibility

​

  • To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding agreements.​

​

4. User Responsibilities

​

  • As a User of the Platform, you agree to:​

​

  • Provide true and accurate information when requesting a quote from the Platform.

  • Once you've selected a quote, communicate directly with the respective Partner, following the process in place, for:

    • Booking Confirmation; Payments; Pre-arrival, In-resort and Post check-out matters (such as: lost property, complaints, refunds, charge disputes etc)

    • Make payments only through the agreed channel set by the Partner.

    • Abide by the Partner’s individual policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and product/service usage.

    • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading conduct toward Partners and/or the Platform.​

5. Partner Responsibilities

​

  • As a Partner of Golfasis.com, you agree to:

    • Accurately represent your products/services.

    • Manage all communication, transactions, and fulfillment directly with the User.

    • Set and honor your own pricing, return, refund, and cancellation policies.

    • Comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your business.

    • Collect and remit any applicable taxes related to sales made with the help of the Platform.

6. Fees and Commissions

​

  • Partners may be charged a subscription fee, listing fee, or lead generation fee by Golfasis.com.

  • The Platform does not process payments between Users and Partners and is therefore not responsible for failed or disputed payments.

7. Disputes and Liability

​

  • All disputes must be resolved directly between the User and the Partner.

  • The Platform may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution as a neutral party but assumes no liability for the outcome.

  • Golfasis.com is not liable for the quality, delivery, safety, legality, or accuracy of any product or service offered by Partners.

8. Intellectual Property

​

  • Partners retain rights to their own content (product descriptions, logos, etc.) but grant Golfais.com a license to display this content on the Platform.

  • Users and Partners may not copy, misuse, or redistribute content from the Platform without permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

​

  • You agree not to:

    • Violate laws or third-party rights.

    • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

    • Share with third-parties any confidential information supplied by Golfasis.com or the Partner.

    • Use the Platform to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content.

10. Right to Refuse Service 

​

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Platform, without prior notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lisbon - Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa.
